Yes it is that time of year again. 2022 is coming to an end really fast.
This year has been better then the last two and the club got together for a few events. We had our club picnic at Washington Township Park in Sewell N.J. in May. June members participated in the Smithville Village car show put on by the Atlantic City Corvette Club. July the Dennery's held there picnic at their home in Gloucester City and in October we visited Info Since and History Museum in Wall.
Mike Berry set up an event to the InfoAge Science & History Center in Wall, N.J. It was a great time for all that attended, sorry you missed it. Everyone enjoyed the day learning about our military war history, vehicles, computers, radios, television and more. There is plenty to see but you will need the whole day. Mike scoped out the area and found a cute little Deli for lunch. After lunch we held and short meeting and held the first round of nominations for the 2023 board. Dawn has her report in this newsletter.
On November 13th, we will be meeting at the Bordentown Community Center. Our plans are to have Pizza/Video night. Mike Berry will have some "never seen" pictures of past club events and members. I will bring the club picture albums. Steve Calandra may also have a video or two for us to enjoy. Mark your calendars today and plan to join us for some good fun!
On December 11th, we will hold the Annual Christmas Party/Meeting and final Board Elections. This is one of the most fun meetings of the year to attend. Please contact Maureen, she needs to know what favorite dish you would bring to make our Christmas Dinner the best! Maureen will talk more on plans for the event and will pass around a signup sheet to avoid doubles so we can have a good spread.
